Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel has a cute exterior but falls short inside with dated, cramped, and unclean rooms lacking internet access. It's located close to various hikes and the town, offering a nice alpine setting with roses but no internet inside. The dining starts late at 8 AM, limiting early options, although the breakfast choices are above average. The service is kind but behind hanging acrylic; however, the housekeeping and ski pass vendor are welcoming. Overall, the hotel has some positives but also room for improvement.
The hotel offers sweet and well-appointed rooms, probably the best we've stayed in for a long time, with a gentle wake-up touch of natural skylight above the vanity. However, there was a day when room service was missed, prompting us to go get towels, and the room lacked sufficient seating with only one chair at the desk.
The hotel offers a nice breakfast and clean rooms that are well away from the street, providing enough storage for luggage. The staff is friendly, efficient, and able to handle any eventuality, located near a great Mexican restaurant. However, the interior might feel dated and cramped, lacking internet. The surroundings are relaxing with beautiful greenery, perfect for exploring the Mt. Shasta area. A great choice for morning dining.
